My New Year's Resolution for the year 2012..

Ambilis ng panahoooooon! :) Parang kailan lang, kakastart palang ng 2011 ngayon, malapit na ulit matapos.. Nararamdaman na natin ang signs and symptoms ng christmas season! (though hindi naman talaga ganun ka evident dahil sobrang init pa rin! hehe) pero kahit papano, marerealize mo na malapit na pasko.. ambilis na dumilim ngayon 5PM palang, madilim na sa labas. :)


Kaya naman naisip ko, since malapit na rin ang new year, I think its time na magisip na rin kung ano ang magiging NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION ko for the year 2012. I know for most of us, kapag gumagawa tayo ng new year's resolution.. middle palang ng january, we tend to forget it na and just let it go. Kaya naman hindi talaga ako gumagawa ng new years resolution.. ngayon lang.. haha! :)


Well it mainly concern naman what they so called "HEALTHY LIVING"..


I want to live my life in a healthier way naman. haha. I know its sounds funny but YES! Na-realized ko na andami ko na palang ginagawa ng nakakasama sa health ko. (alam ko ikaw din!haha!)


1. QUIT SMOKING
YES! inaamin ko, I do smoke once in a while.. Dahil na rin sa stress sa trabaho.. sa stress sa mga ka officemates na nagyayaya mag yosi, sa mga friends na nagyoyosi din at minsan dahil wala lang.. 


Pero di ko naman siya hinahanap-hanap like other people na naglalaway pa. Kaya naman hanggat hindi pa ako dumadating sa state na yun.. Ill try to stop smoking na. 


I know I can do this. This is very easy for me! :) weh? haha!


2. EAT MORE VEGETABLES!


OO na! haha! Ako yung isa sa taong ayaw kumain ng gulay. haha!


Kasi bata palang ako, di na ako sanay kumain ng gulay eh. But I'm trying.. unti-unti. haha. mas struggle pa saken to kesa itigil ang smoking eh. haha.


Masarap naman yung ibang gulay eh. meron lang talagang hindi, katulad ng okra na parang may sipon haha! excuse me. :)


3. BE MORE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE! :)




Kung makikita mo ako nnong college pa ako at ngayon.. magugulat ka sa laki ng tinaba ko. haha! :) Dahil kaya tinigil ko yung paggygym ko dati? I dont know.


Pero ngayon, I want to engage myself sa mga physical activities like running at swimming.


Gusto ko na maging fit ulit. Minsan nahihirapan na akong tumakbo kasi ambigat ko. I am currently at 70kg ata more or less. di ba katakot. haha


Madami pa akong gustong baguhin sa sarili ko na nakasanayang kong gawin na alam kong mali. Kung ililista ko dito, baka matagalan. haha! :)) 


I will try my very very best para maisakatuparan ko tong mga to :) Though, mahirap, I know, nakakatamad. But I will try talaga. Motivation?  I can't think of any yet but I know its for my own good naman.

Nursing career.. nasaan ka na?

When I graduated from highschool, my Mom asked me, "Anong gusto mong course sa college?", at that time, I cannot think of any course to take but Nursing because it was in demand and it was like that talk-of-the-town.

Studying nursing was not easy. From quizzes everyday, return demonstrations, reports, NCPs, case presentations, clinical exposures, requirements, major exams,RESEARCH, BOARD EXAM. I must say, IT WAS NOT EASY. But going through the process of taking all of these, was not that difficult. WHY? because.. I enjoyed everything, I enjoyed every single day that I was in school, that I was in the hospital.

I am now a REGISTERED NURSE. Yun nga lang, after 1 year of being a nurse, wala pa rin akong trabaho sa hospital. Hindi lang ako, I know, madami pang ibang nurse na mas matagal pang naging nurse but up until now, wala pa rin opportunity for them. Sometimes, I ask myself, WHY? WHY there are people that kahit walang backer, maswerteng nakakapasok sa hospital. Am i not persistent enough para makapasok sa hospital? maybe, its my objectives.. Yes, of course, kasama sa mga plano ko ang mag abroad and I need experience to be able to achieve that. Dahil ba doon? Only GOD knows.

Sa ngayon, uulit nanaman ako sa umpisa. Mag aapply nanaman. and I will NEVER STOP. I know, someday, I will be able to reach my dream. Sana naman Lord, maawa ka na sa akin. haha! :))

Sorry ah, I just need na ilabas tong feelings ko, haha. arti. Sana lahat ng Nurses, magkaroon ng chance to practice their profession. Sana Lord! :))

ADAMSON PEP SQUAD =D

When was the last time that Adamson University Pep Squad win the Cheerdance Competition? Hindi ko alam. :)

Seeing them perform in the last 4 years, I can see that they are good naman. In terms of difficulty level, Ow yes! But with the execution of the stunts, that's what I am not so sure of.

Well, according to what I have read from http://uaapsports.studio23.tv/Article.aspx?articleid=179&sportid=5 
Adamson Pep Squad will do something different this year, as they will try to incorporate more jazz and ballet in their routine! I am excited to see their performance because it was also mentioned in the article, that in terms of the ratio of the newbies:veterans, its 20%:60% and experience is really one of the factors to make a performance look more clean and polished as well.

I just pray that ADAMSON PEP SQUAD will be in the TOP 3 this year! May God bless them and the rest of the participants as well. GO ADAMSON! =D
